San Clemente, CA is the archetypal Southern California beach town, with historic Spanish architecture, a surf culture and a Hawaiian shirt & flip flops vibe. Enter Sea Summit, an enclave of three hundred $1 million to $4 million homes overlooking the Pacific. Blending upscale living with a low-key culture was the task at hand. The result of the multimedia launch campaign included two national awards, an extensive interest list, and a very grand opening weekend — of six thousand prospects.
