Values are the core make up of a person’s character. They inform every decision and give people purpose and direction. Escaya is all about one value in particular: closeness. In anticipation of the first wave of future homeowners who value their time and relationships with family and friends above all else we’ve renovated the idea of closeness in the housing market.
Elements of humor and surprise (such as the two little girls braided together) are used to emphasize the village location and amenities in all of our first-touch communication pieces. In richer experiences like the website community details are laid out in an abundance of whitespace paired with crafted textures to better represent the thoughtfully planned community and its unique combination of transitional Spanish, Farmhouse and Ranch style homes.
